Bio
Since making the jump to full-time American Sprint Car Series competition, Sam Hafertepe Jr. cemented his legacy as one of the most dominant forces in 360 Sprint Car history.
The Texan rewrote the record books by becoming the first driver to capture five consecutive ASCS National Tour championships from 2016-2020. He continued to write his own place in ASCS history in 2025 with his sixth championship, surpassing Jason Johnson for most all-time Series championships.
Entering 2026, Hafertepe will chase a seventh Series title while building up his second-place standing in the all-time wins list with 88 Feature victories.
