Landon Britt Triumphant In Greg Hodnett Memorial At “The Ditch”

Winning close to home on Saturday night, Tennessee’s Landon Britt captured his first career victory with the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints at Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Ark.

The second time Britt has topped an ASCS sanctioned event, his other with the National Tour at Arrowhead Speedway, the win Saturday came during the 27-lap Greg Hodnett Memorial.

Pocketing $2,700 for his efforts, a couple attempts at the start saw Britt making fast moves in each to try and get to the front. To the top inside the first five revolutions, Britt held the point from there.

Cody Gardner made up seven positions to finish second with Ronny Howard up five spots to third. Hard Charging with 10 positions gained, Chase Howard was fourth. Keeping up with the family affair, a five spot climb put Dale Howard fifth.

The 2025 season marks the 34th season of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the American Sprint Car Series National Tour, the ASCS Nation includes several regional tours, along with cooperating tracks and events throughout the United States.
