Tulsa, OK (April 22, 2012) – The last time the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by MAVTV competed in Oklahoma was 2008. Even longer than that was the last time the Lucas Oil ASCS presented by MAVTV raced the Salina Highbanks in just outside Pryor, Oklahoma. In what
