Cody Gardner Prevails At Ark-La-Tex With ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints
Collecting his second win of the season with the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints, it came with quite the challenge through the first half of the feature event for Cody Gardner at Ark-La-Tex Speedway.
Several crossover moves on Chelby Hinton before finally securing the spot on Lap 11, Gardner then set the wind to the sails and checked out as Jordan Mallett slipped into the runner-up spot when Hinton and Howard Moore made contact.
Getting the victory by 2.316 seconds, and remaining undefeated with the series in 2026, Gardner and Mallett were joined on the podium by Hinton. Matt Covington grabbed fourth with Howard Moore ending up fifth.
