Adam Trimble Rocks ASCS Northern Plains At Gillette

Making the trip from Colorado worth the drive, Adam Trimble rolled sixth to first Saturday night at Wyoming’s Gillette Thunder Speedway with the ASCS Northern Plains Region.

Sweeping events in June at Sweetwater Speedway, the win is Trimble’s third with the series in five appearances this season, putting him firmly atop the points.

Getting the lead away from Damon McCune after the No. 44 led the opening six revolutions, Trimble left everyone in the dust with a staggering 4.137-second margin of victory. McCune crossed second with Elijah Gile on the podium for the second time in as many nights. Canada’s Kelly Miller, who won Friday night at Black Hills Speedway, crossed fourth with Joe Perry making up the top five.

Only four events remain on the 2025 season, with the ASCS Northern Plains Region back on track for two of those races with the same Black Hills/Gillette swing on July 25 and 26.

The 2025 season marks the 34th season of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the American Sprint Car Series National Tour, the ASCS Nation includes several regional tours, along with cooperating tracks and events throughout the United States.
