Returning to Victory Lane for the first time since 2023 in ASCS Regional competition, Colorado’s Bryan Gossel rolled to the win Saturday night at El Paso County Raceway with the ASCS Western Plains Region.
Taking over the lead on Lap 3, Gossel led the rest of the way over former World of Outlaws Champion, Sammy Swindell, who was behind the wheel of Bryan Gossel owned entry. Making it a podium sweep for Gossel as a car owner, his son Austyn picked up four spots for the bronze step, and took over the series points lead after two events.
Zack Merritt and early race leader, Johnny Boos made up the top-five.
The series is on track again on Saturday, June 21 at I-76 Speedway.
