With rain already working into the area, and an ever-worsening forecast for this weekend, officials with the Mitchell’s Motorplex and the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints have made the call to cancel events slated for Friday, May 22, and Saturday, May 23.
The ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints are scheduled to be back on track on Saturday, June 6, at Jackson Motor Speedway.
The 2026 season marks the 35th season of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the American Sprint Car Series National Tour, the ASCS Nation includes several regional tours, along with cooperating tracks and events throughout the United States.
