Mother Nature has washed out a pair of nights with the American Sprint Car Series. Tonight’s events at L.A. Raceway with the Speedway Motors ASCS Warrior Region and events at Plymouth Speedway with the The Engine Pro ASCS Sprints on Dirt presented by ARP have been called due to rain.
The Engine Pro ASCS Sprints on Dirt presented by ARP event at Plymouth Speedway has been rescheduled for August 18, 2012 and, like tonight’s events, will feature NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion Tony Stewart.
The 2012 season marks the 21st year of sanctioning Sprint Car racing for the American Sprint Car Series, which brings the best of Sprint Car racing to dozens of different tracks throughout the nation and into Canada. Anchored by the Lucas Oil Sprint Car Series presented by MAVTV, ASCS also consists of eleven different Regions throughout the nation.
