Pike County Speedway Next For ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints

Up next for the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints is a trip to Pike County Speedway in Magnolia, Miss., on Saturday, June 29.

The long-awaited return to Pike County Speedway for the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints, the tour last visited before it was under ASCS sanction in 2022 with two events in March and May. Louisiana’s Michael Dupuy captured the Wintertime visit, while Mississippi’s Todd Fayard defended home turf during the Summer event.

The 11th event on the 2024 lineup, the schedule has seen eight different winners so far, with Derek Hagar and Brad Bowden the only drivers earning multiple wins. Drivers with a single win include points leader Lane Whittington, along with Jan Howard, Kyle Amerson, Max Stambaugh, Hank Davis, and Seth Bergman.

The finale of the three-night I-55 Steet Stock Shootout at the one-third-mile oval this weekend, Saturday, June 29, opens at 6:00 p.m. with cars on track at 7:30 p.m. (CDT). The card includes Pure Stock, Limited Modifieds, Stingers, Mississippi Street Stock Series, CRUSA Dirt Late Models, Mini Wedge, and Modifieds.

Pike County Speedway is located at 4151 Hwy 568 West in Magnolia, Miss.
