Miller Masters ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints At Greenville

Last racing his way into Victory Lane with an ASCS-sanctioned tour in 2017, Michael Miller was back to his winning ways Saturday night with his first career triumph with the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints at Mississippi’s Greenville Speedway.

Winning last with the former ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprints at Flordia’s Southern Raceway, Saturday’s win marks the fourth ASCS Region that Miller has been victorious with and brings his ASCS Regional win total to 14.

Chasing Brady Baker through the first half of the A-Feature, the lead would change hands as Baker’s night ended after leading 13 revolutions. Taking charge through the checkered flag, Miller would make it to the line with 0.779 seconds to spare over Bradley Fezard, with Howard Moore chasing in third; Chase Howard and Terry Gray made up the top five.

The ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints race again with the American Sprint Car Series National Tour as the pair go head-to-head with USCS at Riverside International Speedway during the World Short Track Challenge on Friday, October 18, and Saturday, October 19.
