Gardner Leads The Way At Pike County With ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints
Continuing his dominance over the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints Friday night, Cody Gardner led all 25 laps en route to victory No. 7 on the 2026 season and the series title.
Making his 13th A-Feature appearance, Gardner’s seven wins now include 12 top-five and 13 top-ten finishes.
Playing with house money going into Saturday’s season finale, Gardner took the lead from the pole position. Unchallenged from there, the Arkansas shoe hit the final flag with 0.654-seconds to spare.
Getting second after the first couple of laps, Brandon Blenden held that spot to the end with Terry Gray third. Chase Howard and Hayden Wise made up the top five.
Saturday, October 17, open at 4:00 P.M. (CDT). Tickets are $30 for adults, $20 for youth (6-12), and free for kids six and under. Pits are $40 per night.
Factory Stocks, Limited Modifieds, SCDRA Stingers, CRUSA Street Stocks, Crown Vics, and CRUSA Dirt Late Models are also on the card.
Pike County Speedway is located at 4151 Hwy 568 W in Magnolia, Miss.
The 2026 season marks the 35th season of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the American Sprint Car Series National Tour, the ASCS Nation includes several regional tours, along with cooperating tracks and events throughout the United States.
