(June 8, 2021) Kicking off their 2021 season this weekend, the ASCS Elite Great Plains Non-Wing Series will take on three ovals across South Dakota and Wyoming with their first stop at Black Hills Speedway in Rapid City on Friday, June 11. Saturday, June 12, moves to Gillette Thunder Speedway in Gillette, Wy., then wraps up at Casper Speedway in Casper, Wy. on Sunday, June 13.
Each night offers a $1,000 to win, $200 to start A-Feature.
The maiden voyage for the traditional Sprint Car series, the tour consists of eight dates in total, with the focus on South Dakota, Wyoming, and northern Nebraska. Two dates do venture into Colorado to take on the Elite Non-Wing North on Friday, June 18, and Saturday, June 19.
Friday, June 11 at Black Hills Speedway opens at 5:00 P.M. with racing at 7:00 P.M. (MDT). The night’s card includes WISSOTA Mod Four, IMCA Hobby Stocks, IMCA Modifieds, WISSOTA Midwest Mods, and WISSOTA Street Stocks. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for Seniors and Military Veterans, and free for any kids 12 years old that are under four feet tall.

Saturday, June 12 at Gillette Thunder Speedway opens at 6:00 P.M. with racing at 7:00 P.M. (MDT). Sunday, June 13 at Casper Speedway opens at 3:00 P.M. with action on track at 5:00 P.M. (MDT). Mini Stocks, WISSOTA Midwest Mods, and WISSOTA Mod Four will also be in action. Tickets are only $12 for adults and $7 for Seniors, Military, Veterans, and First Responders.

The 2021 season marks the 30th year of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by the MAVTV Motorsports Network, the ASCS Nation also includes 11 Regional Tours that encompass both wing and non-wing competition.
