ASCS Western Plains Back At El Paso County Raceway

CALHAN, Colo. (May 9, 2024) Back to where the season began, the ASCS Western Plains Region will roll into El Paso County Raceway in Calhan, Colo. on Saturday, May 11.

The second round of the 2024 season, after events at Lincoln County were sidelined by weather, the season’s kick-off on April 13 went the way of Pueblo’s Adam Trimble in his first event behind the wheel of the M&H Racing No. 5d.

Saturday, May 11, opens at 1:00 P.M. with cars on track at 4:00 P.M. Admission is $20 for adults, $15 for Military and Seniors, $10 for youth 4-12, and free for kids three and under. Saturday’s event includes Lightning Sprints, Stock Cars, Sport Mods, Hobby Stocks, Compacts, Warriors, Dwarf, and NOW600 Micros.

A reminder that all teams competing in ASCS competition must have a current DIRTcar Membership. That can be purchased at https://shorturl.at/nuIU2. The membership is $125 and is good for the 2024 calendar year.
