ASCS Northern Plains Doubling Up At Black Hills Speedway

Going into the season’s fifth and sixth rounds of competition, the ASCS Northern Plains Region, the tour’s next destination is Black Hills Speedway in Rapid City, S.D. on Friday, July 19, and Saturday, July 20.

The last chance in 2024 to see the Northern Plains Region at the South Dakota half-mile oval, the tour’s last visit came on June 28, with current series points leader Kelly Miller picking up the win. Holding a 52-point advantage in tour standings, Colorado’s Nick Haygood holds the runner-up spot, with Blayne Brink, Adam Speckman, and Jeremy McCune making up the top five.

Friday, July 19, and Saturday, July 20, at Black Hills Speedway, opens at 5:00 p.m. with racing at 7:30 p.m. (MDT). All teams must be in the Pits before 7:00 p.m. Other classes on the card include IMCA Hobby Stocks, WISSOTA Mod 4s, WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, WISSOTA Street Stocks, and IMCA Modifieds. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and veterans, $4 for youth 12 and under that are over four-feet-tall, and free for kids under four-feet-tall.
