New year, new owners, and a new attitude defines the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints as the series opens its 2026 campaign this Saturday, April 11, at Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Miss.
In the series’ most recent event at the 1/3-mile oval in September 2025, Mississippi’s Chase Howard topped the 25-lap Feature while Ronny Howard and Brayden Taylor completed the podium.
On Saturday, front gates are set to open at 5:00 P.M. with Hot Laps scheduled for 6:00 P.M. (CDT). Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors and military, $12 for youth (7-12), and free for kids six-and-under. Pit passes are $35.
The event also includes Rogers Dabbs Crate Late Models, KB Motorsports Sportsman, Rayner’s Automotive & Repair Street Stocks, Patriot Roofing Factory Stocks, Whitney Howze Bail Bond Hot Shots, Limited Modified, and Crown Vic.
