ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints Arkansas Bound

Rolling into Arkansas for a doubleheader weekend, the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints will take on Crowleys Ridge Raceway and Riverside International Speedway on Friday, June 19, and Saturday, June 20.

A $ 2,500-to-win showdown in Paragould on Friday, the following night goes to $2,700-to-win in the 8th annual Greg Hodnett Memorial at the track known as “The Ditch”. Making the trip from Illinois last year, Zach Daum made his way to the front at Crowleys Ridge, while the following night was ruled over by Landon Britt.

So far this season, it’s been the Cody Gardner show, with three wins in four outings. The only other winner so far has been Matt Covington. With Gardner leading points, the race for second is 118 markers back, with Hayden Martin holding the spot. Josh McCord, Ethan Jones, and Jake Brashier make up the top five.

Friday at Crowleys Ridge Raceway opens at 5:00 p.m. with racing at 7:30 p.m. (CDT). Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids. Crowley’s Ridge Raceway is located at 1708 Highway 351 in Paragould, Ark. For more information, log onto http://www.crowleysridgeraceway.com or call (870) 236-3141.

Saturday at Riverside International Speedway opens at 5:00 p.m. with racing at 7:30 p.m. Riverside International Speedway is located at 151 Legion Road in West Memphis, Ark.

The 2026 season marks the 35th season of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the American Sprint Car Series National Tour, the ASCS Nation includes several regional tours, along with cooperating tracks and events throughout the United States.
