Bryan Hulbert – CHATHAM, La. (July 13, 2022) Headed to Super Bee Speedway in Chatham, La. for a $3,000 to win showdown, the ASCS Elite Non-Wing Series presented by Abilene Powder Coating hits the track on Saturday, July 16 for “Fan Appreciation and Dolla Dogs Night.”
The series’ first trip to the Louisiana oval, the Saturday stop, is the 12th round of action on the 2022 season and brings the tour into the homestretch of the championship chase with four events left after this Saturday.
Five different winners on the season and the one atop the points has yet to make that trip to Victory Lane. Proving consistency is key, the wily veteran, Paul White, leads the way with seven top fives and 11 top ten runs in just as many starts. Caden McCreary holds second, followed by Justin Zimmerman, who has four wins in nine visits. Koby Simpson and Mason Smith make up the top five in tour standings.
Saturday, July 16 at Super Bee Speedway opens at 5:00 P.M. with cars on track at 7:30 P.M. (CDT). Tickets are $10 for anyone 12 years and up, $5 for Kids (6-11), and free for kids five and under. Other classes include Bradley Industrial Pro-Mods, Southern Roofing USRA Factory Stocks, Ark-La-Tex Shop Builders USRA Limiteds, Amark Metals & Bulletproof Tees CRUSA Crates, Dubach Air & Heat USRA Tuners, and ECS Smoke School Street Stocks.
