TULSA, Okla. (June 25, 2017) Originally slated for competition at Texarkana 67 Speedway, a post by the track’s ownership revealed last week that the Arkansas oval will be shutting down, leaving Creek County Speedway to stand by itself on Friday, July 21.

However, a phone call to C. Ray Hall at 81 Speedway has brought the weekend back to a double-header for the American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Red River Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products with the series now in action at the Park City, Kan. oval on Saturday, July 22.

The event will follow ASCS format and ASCS car rules and will be paired with the National Championship Racing Association (NCRA). The normal NCRA draw fee and payout will be in place. The event is a $2,000 to win affair.

Leading up to the series return to Kansas, the American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Red River Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products will be in action next in Texas at Wichita Speedway in Wichita Falls on Friday, July 7 and Superbowl Speedway in Greenville on Saturday, July 8.
