TULSA, Okla. (June 16, 2014) – The 2nd annual Bob Westphal Memorial Cup / ASCS Sizzlin’ Summer Speedweek kicked off Saturday at the Devil’s Bowl Speedway with Seth Bergman earning his fist victory at the famed half-mile, and first triumph during Speedweek. Taking the start of the week off, crews
