Bryan Hulbert – BILLINGS, Mont. (July 8, 2013) A torrential downpour, along with winds in excess of 90mph ripped through the Billings Motorsports Park just after 4:00 P.M. (MDT) on Monday, forcing ASCS officials and Billings Motorsports Park management to postpone events with the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series
